Herbs can be a welcomed relief during pregnancy. Experiencing morning sickness all day long very nearly nine months, I became concerned about nutrients to baby. Something had to give! Guess who I called for the answer? My Mom, a retired nurse. Here's what worked:
Oregano. A pinch should do it. Chew on this as much as you need to.
Burnt toast. This will calm hunger generated by the oregano while it chases away queasy tummy.
Chamomille tea. Check with your doctor first. If the answer is yes, drink one warm cup of this delicious no sugar added sip tea as needed.
